Naina

Born in Delhi, Naina has been living there for well over 20 years. Both her parents passed away when she was a six-year old. Her fondest memory is that of her parents taking her to school. That precious memory and her childhood experience of losing her parents inspired her to start helping underprivileged children. She started teaching at the Sunday school in her church and during the week she would teach children from the slums.

Naina is the Teacher at our Delhi school at Jahangirpuri location. She lives in the neighborhood of the slum in which the Delhi school is located, which enables her to visit the parents of her students and interact with them on a regular basis. Naina has put to great use education aids like story books, songs and games in improving the quality of education that she imparts to the children.
